As Board Advisor, he will provide the Board and CEO with high-level advisory on regulatory alignment, risk mitigation, and capital structure. Additionally, Joe will serve as a strategic sounding board, ensuring our strategies are anchored in transparency and positioned for long-term institutional sustainability.

Joe received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
