Joshua Zuilkowski
Board Chair & Secretary

Josh is a long-time advocate for helping youth from low-opportunity backgrounds gain access to real-world experience in tech-oriented roles and for bringing that tactical expertise to the Neopte Foundation.

He brings to the Board of the Neopte Foundation a rich portfolio of experience across nonprofit, startup, and enterprise environments. Josh has overseen the conception, implementation, and delivery of numerous product strategies across organizations such as the American Bible Society, AmerisourceBergen, Comcast Xfinity, and, most recently, BILL. Over the years, he has honed a skillset that prioritizes qualitative research methods, hypothesis-driven product development, and a deep emphasis on values-driven decision-making. Josh also brings extensive volunteer experience as a workshop facilitator with organizations such as Chicktech and CodedByKids.

There are several key capabilities that Josh brings to the leadership of the Neopte Foundation. He is a strong advocate of merit-based recognition, experience-based education, and long-term strategy planning. These three tenets are core considerations in his decision-making and will continue to serve as guideposts for measuring his actions as a board member.

Josh is committed to the success of the Neopte Foundation's goal of providing purpose to youth from low-opportunity backgrounds by providing direction and support in the pursuit of higher education. He is determined to enable young people with a desire to become competent practitioners of any intellectual or practical disciplines. Thus, Josh has resolved to support the mission, vision, and strategy of the Neopte Foundation in order to enable the next generation to achieve a more vibrant, robust, and fulfilling life.
